With more than 160,000 LASIK procedures performed collectively and over 30 years of experience serving the DC communities, Dr. Neil Wills and Dr. Ryan Roberts are two of Washington DC’s most experienced LASIK surgeons. They continuously share learnings and outcomes with each other and across the LASIK.com network of doctors to allow more patients to be safe candidates for Modern LASIK. Together Drs. Wills and Roberts serve patients in Alexandria, Tyson’s Corner and Vienna.
Neil Wills, M.D. is a diplomat and board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. Dr. Wills joined LasikPlus in 2000 and in total, Dr. Wills has performed over 118,000 laser vision corrections. In recognition of his expertise, he was named Top Doctor by Washingtonian Magazine.
Dr. Wills believes no surgeon operates in a vacuum. The support staff and investment in their training are every bit as essential as the investment in technology. He feels very fortunate to be associated with highly intelligent and compassionate associates to help him deliver Laser Vision Correction services.
“Laser vision correction is a very gratifying field. You have a profound, positive impact on patients’ lives. I feel very fortunate to be in a position to do this work and I try not to take it for granted.” -Neil Wills, M.D.

Ryan L. Roberts, M.D. is a comprehensive ophthalmologist who has been proudly serving the refractive surgery community in Maryland and Virginia since 2015, in addition to the US Military family and service members since 2004. Dr. Roberts received his medical degree in 2008 from the Uniformed University of the Health Sciences.
Dr. Roberts’ background consists of a double undergraduate major in Biology and Computer Science. This degree combination has resulted in a passion to address human error in the medical field. He believes strongly that technology can provide confidence to patients and physicians to ensure procedures are conducted with the utmost accuracy and precision. It is this passion that led him to create a digital verification tool, a first-of-its-kind technology used at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.
As an expert in this field, Dr. Roberts has lectured multiple times at the Military Refractive Surgery Safety Symposium and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery. Dr. Roberts currently performs more weekly refractive surgeries than any surgeon in the DC Metro area.
