Dr. Timothy A. Soeken is a highly accomplished ophthalmologist with expertise in corneal and refractive surgery. His extensive background in both medical and military service underscores his dedication to exceptional vision care. Since completing his ophthalmology residency in 2019, Dr. Soeken has provided comprehensive eye care, including an overseas deployment to Afghanistan in 2020. To further refine his skills, he completed a Cornea and Refractive Surgery Fellowship in 2021, followed by a Global Ophthalmology Fellowship in 2022 at the prestigious University of Michigan Kellogg Eye Institute.
A respected leader in his field, Dr. Soeken has contributed to over a dozen peer-reviewed research publications, trained upcoming ophthalmologists in both clinical and surgical settings, and participated in multiple international medical missions. His career is defined by excellence, from earning top honors as the nation’s leading U.S. Air Force ROTC cadet to graduating first in his military residency class.
